I had a really great experience here. The owner was very welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. I really appreciated how attentive he was, greeting people as soon as they came in and making sure everyone was being taken care of. I also loved that I didn’t have to wait long at all. After explaining what I wanted, I was helped right away and ended up being paired with Oscar, which was such a nice surprise since we actually went to school together. Oscar was talented, patient, and very understanding throughout the entire appointment. I can be a little picky, especially when it comes to my eyebrows, but he never made me feel bad or difficult. Instead, he listened to my concerns, validated how I felt, and made sure I left satisfied and happy with the results. You can tell he genuinely takes his work seriously and cares about making his clients feel good. I also appreciated how comfortable the environment felt overall. Even though I was the only woman there at the time, nobody made me feel awkward or out of place. I was able to relax and enjoy the experience. Definitely coming back for my next eyebrow trim. I’m happy to support this business and would definitely recommend Oscar to anyone looking for someone professional, skilled, and respectful.
